By accessing and using GeoDataViewer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

GeoDataViewer is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You are free to:

  • Use the tool to view, convert, and analyze geospatial data.
  • Share links to the website.

However, you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any server-side components (though our client-side code is often open source).
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Overburden our infrastructure with excessive automated requests.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on GeoDataViewer are provided on an 'as is' basis.

GeoDataViewer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, GeoDataViewer does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall GeoDataViewer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GeoDataViewer, even if GeoDataViewer or a GeoDataViewer authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Local Data Processing

You acknowledge that GeoDataViewer processes data locally in your browser. While this provides enhanced privacy, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the processing of files on your local device.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
